Antivirus Software Has Vulnerabilities

Antivirus software is a go to remedy for protecting PC Computers from virus attacks. However, in recent research, computer software experts have found that some antivirus softwares have a vulnerability called AVGater. According to techradar.com, “The flaw in question was discovered by security researcher Florian Bogner, and here’s what it does on a basically level: the antivirus software quarantines a malicious file as it appears on the user’s PC, but the export allows an attacker to manipulate the restore process from quarantine, effectively letting the malare back onto the system.”
